Refund Policy

All registrations for The Footy Lab events, camps, clinics, and training sessions are considered final.

Refunds will not be issued except under very limited circumstances:

• Event cancellation by The Footy Lab: if we cancel an event in its entirety, you will receive a full refund.

• Medical injury or illness: if a registered participant is unable to attend due to serious injury or illness, and proper medical documentation is provided, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

In all other cases, refunds will not be provided.

Transfers

• Camp and training registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant if arranged and approved by The Footy Lab prior to the event start date.

• Credits may be offered for future programs at our discretion, but are not guaranteed.

Weather & Facility Interruptions

If sessions are shortened or rescheduled due to weather, facility closure, or conditions beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a rescheduled date or comparable program. Refunds will not be issued for such interruptions.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (downloads, online packs, etc.) are final and non-refundable.
